        Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Inc. (WCBB) was founded in May 2006 as a National tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by Nick Scott with the objective of raising funds to expand and improve opportunities for wheelchair athletes and adaptive athletes.

        WCBB’s primary focus is to promote, grow, and expand the sports of wheelchair bodybuilding and adaptive bodybuilding. WCBB collaborates and partners with the NPC (National Physique Committee) and IFBB Professional League (International Federation of Body Builders), which are the premier federations in the fitness industry.


        THE MISSION
        The mission of Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Inc. is to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for children, adults, and veterans with disabilities to participate in activities that offer both physical and psychological therapeutic benefits.

        THE VISION
        Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Inc. aims to cultivate a “can do” attitude among its participants by empowering them with the confidence and self-reliance needed to confront their own life challenges and surmount obstacles that may have appeared insurmountable.

        THE EXPERIENCE
        Through its programs, Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Inc. supports, provides, and guides individuals with disabilities, including children and adults, to become wheelchair athletes and adaptive athletes. The ultimate goal is to provide every disabled athlete with an opportunity to perform in front of a live audience, hear the cheers and applause of the crowd, and create lasting memories.
